1891 Tax on railway parcel delivery cards. Curiously, the Petite Vitesse service (local stopping train) was taxed more heavily than the Grande Vitesse (express train). 35c off-centre, 70c fine, both very fresh and first light hinge. Mint stamps of this issue are scarce.
